Yes. Every physical reward is a specific card we own, tracked with its own inventory ID. When you pull it, that exact unit is allocated to you.

Every pack page has an Odds & Rewards section showing each tier, its probability, and the cards assigned to it. Odds are versioned; packs you already purchased keep the odds that were live when you bought them.

No. The result is selected and recorded on our servers before the animation begins. The animation is purely a reveal.

That tier is excluded and the remaining tiers are selected proportionally to their configured odds. This is disclosed on each pack and recorded on every opening record.

No. Rewards are physical cards or disclosed non-cash rewards such as store credit. Nothing is withdrawable or redeemable for cash.

Pulled cards appear in My Cards. Physical cards are shipped according to the fulfillment rules on the pack. Tracking appears on your order when it ships.

You must be at least 18 and located in a region where randomized products are available. Individual card purchases are open to everyone we can ship to.

Unopened packs and individual cards can be returned under our Refund Policy. Opened packs are final.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
